On Saturday, The Village (Valley Community Outreach) and Tree of Life hosted their annual Holiday giveaway from the parking lot at the Valley Sportsplex next to the ball fields. <\/div>\n

This year the Village teamed up with Tree of Life Incorporated along with sponsors Walmart, Amazon, Givorns, Bed Bath & Beyond & Kroger. <\/span><\/div>\n

On Saturday, The Village (Valley Community Outreach) and Tree of Life hosted their annual Holiday giveaway from the parking lot at the Valley Sportsplex next to the ball fields. <\/span><\/div>\n

Crowds began forming a little after 10:00 am for baby toys, strollers, dolls, bicycles, and other toys, furniture, household appliances, clothing, and other items. <\/span><\/div>\n

We just want to serve. We have a great community, we have a great team, and it’s just a blessing to give back”, said Clint Gilder with the Village Group. <\/span><\/div>\n

Jennifer Huguley with Tree of Life also expressed her gratitude to the community and partners for this amazing event.<\/span><\/div>\n

The timing of the event could not have been better as the latest economic report shows the nation as well as our community in challenging times, to put it mildly. <\/span><\/div>\n

Valley Councilman Henry Cooper and Councilwoman <\/span>jumped in to help out with the event as well as so many others. <\/span><\/div>\n
